well i took a trip down the lfs just for me background....... but came back with a unique lookin peice of bogwood got it for £18 should have been £32

btw its had a good scrub, not too bothered about it leachin tannins into the tank as iv got 2 lots of carbon (two filters) and theres nothin in there that it could affect atm because iv not started the cycle yet.

Great piece of driftwood! You're lucky it sunk right away :D
Try positioning some plants around the base of it when you get around to planting the tank--it'll look awesome!

I can't get enough of either one! Seems every time I leave one of my lfs, I have a new piece of rainbow rock!
 
oh olive i totaly agree mine does em in packs for 4:99 and u get somthin like 6 or seven nice size peices ohhhh walked out with two packs today lol.

the bogwood has been tried in many positions and id like it to look like pick one or two... sadley one of them dosnt work in the tank... think its 1 it dosnt look right... oh well its a nice peice anyways lol :D

Wow what a deal! Here, it is like 1.99 a pound, so I always end up spending around $4-$5 on one peice! You've got a good thing going! :hyper:

have u noticed some of the colors on some of them????


hopefully when my tank settles more ill be able to show u one of my fav peices.. its roughly about 5 inches and its a deep red color, its gorg!!!!!


cant get enough on them!
