Barbs

i have a shoal of 10 barbs 6 tiger barbs and 3 albino tiger barbs, i cant tell which are males and which are females i have read up on this alot but still cant tell the difference what is the easyest way possible as i dont want 4 males to 3 females.

The females will get much fatter than the males. The males are usually more brightly colored. The males will also usually have red fins, but I think that particular rule may only apply to the regular tigers.
