Trying to sort my tank and add a few frags to the rock work but my Barberi clowns are being a royal PITA the female won't let me put anything in without attacking it she has on a number of occasions pushed a fist sized rock with a new frag glued to it around my tank, I'm considering my options and am wondering if removing them for a week or 2 will sOlve the territory issues

I'm currently cooking some rock in a 25ltr tub and once it's done and water is fine I'm wondering weather to use tub (with lighting power head and possibly internal filter ) to house them for up to 2 weeks then re introduce them back to main tank will solve it?

Any thoughts are welcome on this as loosing multiple patience with her!

that will not solve it. If they don't claim the same area they will just claim a different area. The only way to solve it is to rehome the clowns.

Not particularly worried about them claiming an area to be honest as my next thing is to add more LR into the tank to home more coral frags, hoping to add a fair amount of frags in one go then sit back and watch it flourish just want to be able to add them without the female getting aggressive and throwing them across the tank and killing or breaking them so it's really just a short term fix to stop her damaging anything

then you will have to move her over and over and over and over and likely she won't ever stop. How big is the tank? Big enough for her? These clowns can easily claim 20 usg + as their own space.

Well aware of the catagory they fall in but didn't think she'd get a munk on with new frags, the main tank is 145 litre so not too small, not worried about live stock as not looking to add anything more just more frags/colonies hence my theory of moving her short term
