40Gallon tank (80x50x40cm)
---------------------------------

Bottom feeders: 3 peppered corries & 1 juvenile common plec (will be rehomed to our 75G when older)
Middle Swimmers: 5 cardinals, 5 ember tetras, 2 black neons (left)
Top Swimmers: 9 zebra danios (8 adults 1 fry), 3 harlequins (soon up to 5 or 7)

Not too heavily planted and plenty of sand on the bottom for him/her to dig into.
Would this be ok? Any advice on them would be appreciated as well :) (Did read up on them, but cant ever know too much!)

A lfs worker/friend gave me a banjo cat about a week ago. He's a little teeny guy...maybe 1/2 inch in length. I did read that it's not a good idea to have other bottom feeders in the same tank as banjos are very slow about getting food and they miss out. So far, this little guy has been picky about eating. It seems the frozen bloodworms are his favorite and he pays very little attention to shrimp pellets or the wafers I drop in. I currently have him alone in my ten gallon QT until he grows a bit. I'm not sure where I'm going to put him!

That should be fine but predatory catfish should be avoided (not that u have any). Ive kept banjos with corries and they get along great, then lost them both to a frog mouth catdish :byebye:
