banded coral shrimp question

ok, once it goes in will it basicly be self reliable, will it find all the leftover flakes and srhimp by itself?

Shrimps are self sufficient. Be careful with the banded shrimps then can be predatory on other shrimps and small fish

I would just add that I have had success with a cleaner shrimp and blood shrimp in the tank
as well, but the coral shrimp was added last--never have more than
one coral shrimp to a tank!

I just got one and have nothing in the thank with him as of yet, what should I pick up for him to eat tomorrow? Do I need saltwater flakes? I plan on putting a fuzzy dwarf lion in the tank in a week or two so I won't be putting any flakes in the water after that...

my shrimps adhore carnivore pellets. the sink slowly and remain hard enough for them to collect and stash about 4 or 5 before they need to scurry of and eat it
