Can i keep 2 bamboo shrimp in the same tank and if i can what is the minimum size of the tank that i can keep 2 in ?

I would recommend a 20g.

What would happen if i kept 2 in a 30 litre tank ?

I personally wouldn't put them in anything less than 20g. Anything less seems too small for comfort.
