Will bamboo shrimp live happily with cherry shrimp? Will it eat the babies?

I really wanna try out some filter shrimp :good:

Not something i've kept but everything i've read says they will be fine together.

ah wicked.

looks like thats more money to spend. :hyper:

seriously... im 16 and im pretty sure i've spent over £1000 on fish...

They're completely harmless. Well, maybe not to daphnia, but you get the picture.

How big is the tank they're going in? They get pretty big for a shrimp.

If you notice them rubbing their fans on the substrate then you should start to supplement their diet with fry food. Unfortunately, these foods are great at deteriorating water quality so they may be a bad idea for a tank that size.

ah.

i'll give it a go i suppose. then if i see him rubbing his fans, i'll feed him and up my water changes. :good:

sound good?

Hopefully it should work out.

Get them used to being squirted with a turkey baster or whatever you plan to feed them with by squirting them a few times a day, that way you don't need to do it when it is important.
