Bamboo Shrimp Where's His Filter Feet Things

Two days ago I bought two bamboo shrimp and one went to the bottom of the tank and started filter feeding while the other swam at the top until he found my algae scraper at the water line and sat their for two days and has finally come down to the bottom with the other shrimp. Anybody know what's up with this? There in a 29 gallon so there's lots of room

i have worked and kept many different types of filter feeding srimp and would be pretty damn sure its nothing to worry about , shrimp tend to have different characters and will either get straight to it and feed or maybe be a bit skittish and hide as it is a new area , sure its nothing to worry about !

Ok but he's back at it again, he has half his body out of the water just sitting on my filter, why's he doing this, do they take oxygen in? He also seem's to be lacking the filter feet that the other bamboo shrimp has, is it possible he isn't a bamboo shrimp?
