You've already been answered by TylerFerretLord :). Here it is again:

[Clown loaches - ]Yes
[Bolivian rams - ]Possibly after a molting
[Discus - ]Unlikely
[Tiger barbs - ]Possibly after a molting

angelfish
gourami
german blue rams
Angelfish...possibly after moulting, I've had one pick a leg off a bamboo shrimp.
What type of gourami? Possibly, depending on type.
German rams, unlikely, but as usual, possibly after moulting. If the bamboo shrimp is small it's more likely.

tiger barbs and Discus

already been said but larger clown loach would and others will try if they find the shrimp whilst its molting

I have medium sized tiger barbs, and they ignore the large bamboo shrimp in the tank. Mine feeds and molts clinging to floating anacharis. I have also seen her eat decaying plant material.
