Balloon Molly- Pregnat or disease??

We have 3 Balloon Mollies. One just today has a swollen anus (this is not a joke). It is turnining very red and looks inflamed near the opening. It also has some "fine tissue" like protrudin from the opening. I'd like to know if anyone has seen this, either as a disease or pregnancy.
