Bala Shark Wierd Behavior, Or Is It?

Hello. i just bought a pair of bala sharks a few days ago, and one of them seems to be swimming very very fast-faster than usual and is also going to the top of the tank and hitting parts of plastic from my filter very hard w/ its head (it isn't wounded from it) and it seems to be making a very noisy sound. i just noticed this yesterday and i am wondering if this is usual behavior. thanks!

they can be quite skittish, did you turn the lights off to settle them in ?
add a few more decorations into the tank so that they feel a littel more secure, and if possible lower the lighting in the tank to see if he/she settles over the next few days
they prefer to be in groups.. do you already have others, or plan to get a few more? and what size tank have they gone into?
