Bala shark eye problem

My dad has a 2 bala sharks in a community tank... dont worry the tank is big enough For the last few weeks, one of the sharks has had a white eye. My dad has tried many medications and cleaned the tank several times. What is wrong with the shark? What should i do?

If the eye looks cloudy you have cloudy eye, can be caused by poor water quality, you can clear the up with good water quality, if you have no scaless fish add some salt to the tank.
