Bad case of ick

I got some fish from a pet store that had ick so I imediatly culled them. The fish were only in for about a minute. But now it is spreading and it is only showing up on my tetras. It is realy bad. They are covered. I have tried medications and they are not helping what should I do?

What meds have you tried so far, for how long, in what dosage and if you use carbon did you take it out?

What else is in the tank?

what causes ick ?? i just a few danio's from a store that did not have ick been in the tank 2 days now and my mollies are showing up with ick as well as the platies i am treating the tank but how do you prevent this

Most cases of ich can be attributed to stress on the fish in one way or the other. Being scared ie. spooked or being picked on by other fish, bad water quality, non-suitable temps. etc.
