Hi so I just noticed my diamond tetra had this white substance on part of his body and his eye. I have no idea if it is some bacterial or fungal infections, I also wonder if maybe it’s just damage from maybe scraping against something in the tank then got infected? He lives in a community tank with tons of other fish so I’m nervous that whatever it is might spread and if I should treat the whole tank too. The tank has 0 ammonia 0 nitrite and around 10 nitrate. I just moved him to a hospital tank. I currently have kanaplex, maracyn oxy and methylene blue for medications. Sorry the pictures are kindof bad.
