Baby Platy Looks In Trouble...

Hi folks one of my baby platy's are in trouble. Approx 8 weeks old and isn't as large as the others but I think it is potentially one of the more stunning examples so will be sad if litt'n doesn't make it!

Basically tail looks nipped or maybe rot? back doesn't seem normal i.e. somtimes looks more curved (bottoms out middle tail & head high) than it should be but only tiny amount. Pls see picy below...

Due water change today 1 x ~ 15% weekly

Inhabitants 7 x babies

UGF filter works great

added frogbit yesterday so this isn't the issue anyway from trusted source here so that is that!

My other hex had some bacterial problems recently but I kept everything separate.

It looks beutiful.

I have 8 platy fry. I've left in the main tank and they're fine.

I had two before which i did the same thing and are noe reaching adult size.

Do you mean the tails bending.
Had this happen with my platys when I kept them, sadly they died.

looks like a deformity, it may get worse, but only time will tell.

a lot of deformation is caused by inbreeding.
