i have just started my snail business so to speak. two weeks ago one of my black mystery snails laid two clutches of eggs, today as i type this her young are hatching in my fry tank. i took the eggs from the original tank and made a cheep incubator for them and then moved them a few days ago to a five gallon fish tank that was already set up for abotu 18 guppy fry.
i intend to once they are older to sell them to a lfs that said they would buy them from me. now i have a few quesions to ask.
how old should they be before i sell them i was thinking once they are the size of a dime.
how much should i charge per snail.
should i set up a seperate tank for the guppy fry since at this point it would be easier to move them then the snails.
and my last question is what else do you think i should know about raising them?

Just feed them fresh veggies or an algae wafer daily and they'll grow pretty fast. I know mine have.

Also, I would add some shells to the tank or crushed coral to the filter to provide extra calcium and such.

i add cuttlefish bone to my tanks to help the snails
its available on the bird section at lps
