Yay! We woke up this morning and had about fifteen molly fries! They are so very cute! We went and got an extra plant for them to hide in, but they don't seem too worried about their parents picking on them. My husband was so excited he even dared waking me up early... Heh! I wake up well, I was just kidding. Yay for Bonnie and Clyde! Even though they were probably not even Clyde's babies... We only got them about two weeks ago so she got pregnant while in the PetsMart tanks. Who knows who the father is. Maybe it was Clyde... :fun:

Anyway we're excited. And we love our fish.

Hopefully the tank is well planted so the little guys have a chance. Even if the proud parents are ignoring them right now they could get hungry at any point and then you have less fry.

i started off with mollies, and i didnt have to worry about them eating the fry. they might have eaten a few but i still got alot that survived. it wasnt untill i got other fish that i started taking the fry out the momment i saw them :/

Don't you worry about it! We have a couple plants and a skull decoration for them to hide in. But so far, it has been the adults hiding out in the big plant and the fries hanging out in the corner of the tank. Heh! There seems to be consistently around...eleven or twelve. My husband said he counted fifteen once. With the plant in there, though... We just can't get an accurate count. It's exciting. Thanks for your suggestions and comments! I'll have pictures up soon.
