Baby Crayfish

they are omnivours, needing meat and veg. peas, carrots, some aquatic plants, mussels, fish, etc. remember that it will need regular feeding of small amounts of food.

I know the adults are omnivores. But mine seemed to be too small to eat anything. I tried feeding them sinking shrimp pellets and they dont seem to work.
Thx for replying :)

well, i catch crayfish on some rivers, when fishing, the baits i use are luncheon meat and worms, and i seem to catch quite alot of them, try them, cut the luncheaon meat cubes into, really small cubes if hes only small.

Baby crays should eat the same as adults, just in much smaller portions. If it is really tiny, fish food flakes can be used.

Alright I'll try them :D
I fed them a small dead minnow today and they nibbled at it. But they get scared easily and as soon as they see me they dash back into their rock with their lil tail.
