hey all
does anyone know as my one has been alone since he was a baby how do you think he would react to haveing a new tank mate?
because im thinking of getting a new one but just wondered if that would be ok

I reared mine for over 2 years on her own befor findinf a mate.

Introduced him a month back while he's 4-5" smaller their getting on fine.

Just make sure your's is well feed befor hand or it may try to bite then new comer

add another sure but feed hima bit more then u normally would so he gets very full leaves some then the new one can munch thats how to haddle feeding

supose that will stop him munchin on the new one as well

make sure he is at least 1cm bigger two that way the brown one will be normal beacuse he is to big to munch or any thing like that and the new one will just explore and then they will gte allong after a while
