how the hell do i airate my tank aducitely while not stressing the axolotl out with the water flow?

Use a sponge filter and do plenty of water changes.

my tank is 24" x 12" (wide) by 15" high,
this is okay aint it?

I think that's the smallest tank that you can have for them, they can grow to 12 inches so if you can get a bigger one that would be better. Remember that the are quite dirty, so they need a very good filtration system.

That size tank will not be suitable for very long, since they grow to up to 12 inches only twice that in tank length is really cutting it unfairly fine, I personally feel that they are best in a 36" long at the very least but a 48" would be best
