Can you put Axolotl and gold fish in the same tank?

Nope.

(so wanted to put yes if u want a fat axolotl)

Gold fish will pick at the gills too which over a period of time could kill them.
This is the same with all fish.

if their not eaten

I agree with noodle , had 4 of these bad boys years ago and made the mistake of adding goldfish, the axolotls didn't complain...... burp
