I found out from Cheese Specialist that they are supposed to live in streams and like cold, fast flowing water...

I got sold him as a tropical fish and he has lived happily in our tropical tank for the last 8 months

but now he's dead

he was the coolest thing, he looked like he was saying "yum yum yum" as he munched on the algae on the glass....

I would get another if we had the proper environment but sadly not
