Was looking at my bog wood and throughout my tank...
There are little plants shooting up everywhere. I don't know what they are either!
They are teeny tiny seedlings- so I'm waiting to see what they turn into. They dont look like anything I put in there...but, I did use wild sand when I set the tank up, and I have just introduced those Flags....
This is so exciting! It's like Christmas- only no coal!
Ya'll ever have mysterious plants show up in your tanks?

It has never happened to me but |I have heard of it and seen the results!

Depending on where the sand and everything else in the tank came from the plants could possibly be not fully aquatic. If thats the case then they will grow for awhile but then start rotting and screw up the water conditions.

The only mysterious plant I have had show up has been duckweed Now its the bane of my life, I have to skim it all from the surface the tank at least fortnightly otherwise it would smother the other plants.
