Avatar Size Issue, Help?

I recently changed my avatar, but its coming out larger than what it should be- this is the only forum where i am having this issue, the avatar should be this size;

But is coming out larger? Anyone know whats wrong ?

have you used a url link or the upload facility?
if upload it may have been altered by the board setings

Thats what i did though, i uploaded it onto my photobucket account, copied the URL into the sig adress box, and then it came out the wrong size ? I only seem to be having this issue with this forum ?

Many many people have had the same problem The avatar simply gets stretched to fit the 120x120. Far as I'm aware the only way around is is by putting your avatar on a transparant background that's 120x120 already.

Seeing as William is looking at this it might get fixed

I've noticed the same problems with avatars. If you link them from another site, they get stretched to the full size. If you upload them from your computer, they stay smaller and proportionate. That's my experience, anyway. Have you tried uploading it?

Its ok now, Erised helped me fix it using a transparent backround and another link instead of the photobucket . I still think somone should sort this issue out though with the forum if other people are having issues with avatar size too though?
