Auto Subscribe

Hi, i couldnt find it in the control panel / my controls that would allow me to auto subscribe to a thread that i have posted to or created am i missing it? or is that feature not here?

Control Panel --- email Settings
There is an option for sending an email notification for every topic you make or reply to.
Is that what you wanted?

If you want to subscribe to a specific thread, this one for example, click the "Options" button at the top fight corner of the 1st post of the thread. Then click "Track This Topic" on the drop down box. When you do that, it will take you to your Control Panel and you can select how you want to be notified.

Subscriptions expire if there are no new replies in something like 4 days. I can't remember what the system default is but once the topics stops getting replies, you would be unsubscribed and even if someone replied later, you would not get a notification.

ya... the feature i am most use to on other forums there are options that will allow you to "auth subscribe" to the thread if you post in it, and then you can also enable how you want to be notified, email etc. And once you are subscribed if the thread is every "resurected" you still are subscribed.

If you use the "Add Reply" button rather than "Fast Reply" there is a box on the page that you can check to subscribe to the thread that you are posting in.

There is that option in the fast reply too.
