Aussie Newbie

Hi all

Just thought I'd say hello. Just found the site, and it looks pretty cool

I kept tropical fish when I was a kid, and I am just about to get a tank for tropicals to keep my 3 month old daughter amused, and to de-stress me after work. It's amazing how things have changed in 20 years.

Now to my first questions, is there anyone else on the forum from Australia, and are the fish that you can buy in the UK different to those on offer in Aus??

Wow, how good is this, lots of locals on a great forum!

Thanks for the encouragement everyone. I'm really excited, as I'm going to pick up the hardware tomorrow.

There will be heaps of work to do though, staining the stand, putting it together, setting it up, and then the "cylcling". Coul keep me amused for months
