Around 6 months ago I bought a specimen from the LFS marked as Royal Whiptail catfish.
I'd like to know if it is Sturisoma Aureum or Panamese?
It looks very similar to both but I don't see many pictures online displaying their "whips" and have read a lot of conflicting information.
ie: it looks like this picture, but the tail is cut out of the picture so don't really know

It's obviously male, and from nose to tail it is roughly 11cm long, however it's closer to 17cm if you include the whips! So with such incredibly long 'tendrils' (i'm sure there's a correct term for them... fill me in if you can please ) would it be Aureum or Panamese? Or.. ?
I'll snap a photo soon unfortunately it's quite tough to get his tail in focus.
