Just as a note, before we start, this is the last month I will be able to run POTM. If someone else is interested in taking it on, please PM me. If nobody is able to do it, I will ask around with the mods, and if even then I can't find someone, POTM will have to be canceled. 
UPDATE: Erised has kindly agreed to take it over, so she'll be running it from now on.
