my dog buzz was nominated by angel lady - he has had rough time this year having major surgery to remove cruciate ligament in his knee! luckily he is on the mend now though.

um, the robotic dog is a joke and makes a mockery of the competition....maybe we should add a clause that says that the pet must breath and pump blood through its body or else i will get my car nominated for next months competition and blow you all away

well aibo is classed as a pet as he can intracted to humans and animals on his own and he can think for him self and much more

my computer interacts with humans and animals and can think on its own but its not in the competition....anyhow, the dog cannot "think" it can only do what it has been programmed to do....this isn't the purpose of this thread so i hope you would stop with the arguing...and i also hope appropriate action is taken to not include mechanical beings in the competition..

I have no other choice but to let the robot stay this month. But I promise that in other competitions this wont happen again.. They were no rules that stated that he couldnt enter it, and since it got nominated so many times then it is only fair that he gets to enter it in the next competition.

that is completly understandable and respectable as long as there will be more guidelines in the future since the competition has all of a sudden gotten HUGE!
