Attatching Java

Ok hi,
So how do i attatch java fern and moss to bogwood as ive just bought some

I use an empty tank to do mine so that the movement is kept to a minimum, it will just attach itself but its harder in a tank with fish because they keep moving it and it just ends up stuck at the filter most times Ive tried it.

If you dont have a spare/ hospital tank then just put it in and leave it to settle itself but wait and see what other replies you get, there might be a knack to it that I dont know about.

Dark cotton sewing thread. By the time the thread disintegrates, the java moss should be grown well over it and attached to the rock/wood.

If you pardon my french, I attatched java moss to a lava rock, and I literally just stuffed it in a hole.
