Attacking My New Mollies

ok my betta is attacking the three mollies i bought the other day he seems to have calmed down ver the past few days is it just a dominancy thing

IMO I wouldn't but bettas in with mollies, I wouldn't put them with any livebearers infact. Some will get along with them, but most won't. If he's attacking them and getting stressed out then move either him or the mollies to a different tank. Do you have anything else in there by chance, or was he alone before you added the mollies?

I have Platies in with bux my betta and they get on fine.
