Hi. I'm very interested in planting more plants in my tanks. My main community tank is a 125 gallon, and I have a few plants now. At what point do you need C02 injection? It's hard finding the specifics, I'd like to not have to bother, but then what would be my limits as to how much foilage I could have. I also have a 10 gallon tank with a few plants as well. The pictures of some of these tanks makes me drool... but I know they all require C02, from what I gather.

I don't know if I want to go that far =)

jus get good lighting and your plants should do fine.

CO2 jus helps speed the process up i think really.

im the stick the plant in the gravel/sand and turn a light on kinda guy.

all this co2 injecting watts of lighting per gallon stuff is jus beyond me lol.

If you have high lighting, you are MORE likely to need CO².

Anything under 2WPG and plants which are happy in lower light levels and you'll be fine without it.
