At my tank's limit?

In my ten gallon (with 3 live plants, and a mature mini penguin filter), I have two albino cories, julii cory (I think), dwarf puffer, and three platies.

Am I at my max fish capacity?

yes! to guesstimate thee amount of fish per tank, you need to take the fullgrown size of the fish and allow 1" per every gallon of water. just a estimation though. you need to watch the fish and the parameters also. if you find the parameters going up you will need to increase your water changes and possibly upgrade your filtration.
