Ok, I would accept that corys in general do not fin nip. But I think I have seen one of my Aspidoras hanging from the trailing fin of my Betta a couple of times tonight. Now it may just be coincidence, but it definitely looked like it was being trailed by the Betta. The Betta didn't seem to react tho so I could be wrong...

The fin in question is a bit tattered at the moment which is why the Betta was in the tank so I can keep an eye on him.

So have any of you had any experience of Aspidoras pauciradiatus nipping other fish ?

i have a trio of aspidoras C125 (or they could be spilotus, not sure yet).

I have seen them many a time (before they were moved) chasing my angels around. I also notice that when feed blood or black worm, they feed mid water which is most amusing. I cant say that i have seen any damage to the angels, i just think they are trying to be playful in my case.
