Arrowana

I was at the LFS yesterday And i saw some baby arrowana's swimming around. My girlfreind thought they were amazing. What would be the minimum size tank for an arowana? hopefully mine is to small or I might have to get one for the old lady

^ That's just for the smallest species with an adult size of 2ft. The msot common one sold (silver) has an adult size of 3ft so something like an 8x3x3.
