Arowana protection zone

A blackwater river in Lingga, near Seri Aman was declared by Sarawak Government,Western Borneo to be a breeding ground for arowana and conservation area. One of the ministers said the Lingga area is too swampy and very difficult to develop the whole area as an oil palm plantation.
