Armoured Shrimps

Hi,
I have two armoured shrimps called Philip and Fern and was wondering if they will one day mate!
Im hoping ones from mars and ones from venus... How can i tell by their sex?

Even if one did lay fertile eggs, raising the young would be very difficult, they need brackish to full strength seawater.
