well today i took my female betta out of the 10 gallon tank and into my reserve 1/5 gallon.......she stopped swimming around yesterday and wasn't eating! this is the 3rd female i have tried in a big tank and it hasn't worked out..........well i just felt like venting!!!! my next attempt will be a male betta in a 10 gal........these guys r picky!!!!! i guess they r happier in very small tanks........this tank was good 4 bettas 2.....very little current, lot's of cover unaggressive tank mates.....hope other ppl have better luck with their bettas in big tanks
