and I'd say he;s an inch bigger... around 5.5 or 6 already..... that would be max size...

Its still a half banded, im sure, allthough mine hasnt changed colour/pattern really. It may get bigger than the 5.5-6" mark, 8" is the max wild, so I dont see why it wont reach 7"...

The colour change will likely be to the substrate colour you have and/or diet.

his change was before the tank move, in which the other subtrate is both black and white. Diet is blood worm now, so it may be that. I had head 6 inch max. if it's 8, then it'll do okay.
