alot of fish picture that i saw, the ud cats have ick on them. or is it their pattern?

doh how can i forget to ask my second question....

what do i have to feed the ud cats?

i feed my fish...

flakes
hikari sinking warfers
shrimp pellets
(maybe brine shrimp)

is that a good diet

oh and should i not add the cats yet because i just rescued 8 frys and i have a total of 13 in a breeder box

but the cats are rare for where i live!
