Are These Signs Of Labour In A Molly?

My Balloon Belly Molly is at the bottom of the tank breathing heavy with a square shaped belly and she won't eat. Is she in labour or dose she have a deceases, if she is in labour when about's will she give birth? If its a decease what do you think it could be. Thanks for all the answers!

by her anal fins, if it has squared or rounded off.. a bump then she could be going to have her babies really soon. oh and to know she is male or female is that the anal fins, if they are triangle then it is a female, if they are straight then its a male.
