Are These Readings Okay?

So I did about a 40-50% water change on my 10g. I have my bettas in seperate containers and I wanna add them back in. Are these readings safe?

Nitrate NO3
40 (safe)
Nitrate NO2
10.0 (danger??)
Total Hardness
75 (soft)
Total Alkalinity
80 (moderate)
pH
Between 7.2-7.8 (safe)
Anomia
.25 (safe)

I'm a little worried about the 10.0 in nitrate.. but I tested the water they're in now and its the same thing.

So is it okay to add them or what?

Ammonia and nitrite are only safe at 0. check your tape water and see what readings you get from there. if they're ammonia and nitrite free do another water change.
