If they are eggs it looks like something already ate them because there is nothing inside of them. Could it be my corydoras and when do they usually lay eggs.

Corydoras eggs would be on the substrate and not on the glass :)

I did have nerite snails in their but I recently took them out.

How do you hatch them because i need more nerite snails. I just looked in my other tank and I have some in there that look fertlized because i have 3 nerites in there.

It's more likely to be the opposite. I don't think many corries lay eggs on the substrate, On the glass or on plants is more common.
Really? I thought it was the opposite:) ya learn something new every day

Never tried it but I think they need to be laid right away in brackish water. I have nerite snails and I find eggs like these all the time. One of the reason most people buy nerite snail is that they can not reproduce in freshwater.

Google how to breed nerite snails:)
