Are neons scaleless fish?

Neons arent scaleless fish. Most scaleless fish seen in an aquarium are catfish but there is still a debate about whether clown loaches have very tiny scales or none at all, so if someone can clear this up, I'd be grateful!!
Tetras come from water where the conditions dont vary much, if at all so any un-natural chemicals in the water can lead to a bad reaction. I would normally dose at half strength for these fish and any catfish.
There are loads of people here who know almost everything about treating various diseases and would be glad to help if you have any questions about ich. Try doing a search for it as it has been discussed loads of times and there is a pinned topic in the 'emergencies' forum I think...

thanx, the reason i asked was that my swordail is sick with ick and i was afraid to add any meds since i heard that neons, who are in the same tank, don't tolerate it well. but i added half the dose, hopefully they'll be ok. i've read your posts about raising the temperature to 86 degrees but i'm just scared to do so since it seems so high. anyway, thanks
