Are my fish happy ?

I have attached a video of my fish tank, I know it is a bit small but the have been in a smaller tank prior. What should I do if there

We can debate what happy is. I can see you are trying with the set up. It's thought out, and well decorated for them.

But it is a tiny tank, and I see ones or maybe twos of each species. You have social fish that thrive in groups of 10 or more. There's no getting away from that, but the tank won't hold the numbers they need. If you keep at 25-30% water changes every week, feed them well and such, their basic needs will be met. But their social needs and playfulness won't. The zebra danio and the barb would be vibrant in a larger group in a larger tank.

I hate to say that because it's clear you are trying. But we don't ask unless we're not sure. Your gut feeling was on to something there.
 
Thank you for this, I bought them when I was younger, and unfortunately wasn’t told by the sellers. I will try and get an upgrade and get some more.
