hi
females are noticably larger (longer) & broader than males but it can be hard to tell if theyre different ages & are v well fed like yours are.

theres a thread on sexing otos in this forum under members aquariums & fish (photo) section with some good pics by member 'waterloo kid'( sorry i cant work out how to do a link to it for you)
