I have 4 baby (about 3cm head to tail) zebra anglefish and the biggest is becoming a big bossy boot.

He/she keeps chasing the other 3 into a corner. Is this because he/she is the biggest?

I didn't know angelfish were aggressive? Will they be OK or should I seperate them?

They are not particularly aggressive but they are territorial and will eat small fish like small guppies and small tetras. They may be fighting over territory. Is the tank well planted or have alot of hiding places?

angelfish can be agressive towards each other, one of mine nearly killed the other!

There are only angelfish in the tank and they have a couple of plants to hide in. Mainly the bully chases they other behind the filter and heater. I may just have to move him out.

50L tank - on my desk at the office
~ 4 angels

That is about 1/5 of the tank you need to house 4 angels. They will almost certainly get more and more aggressive as they grow. Get them out of that tank as soon as you possibly can.

50L isn't enough for one fully grown Angel let alone four. You need at least 200-250L to keep four Angels. As modernhamlet said, get them out of that tank ASAP.
