Arcadia 54W Light Unit

Can anybody tell me if the 54w arcadia light unit ( This one, http/www.ebay.co.uk/itm/220775276178?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649) will power HO T5 tubes, or just non HO standard T5s?

Those would just be standard I would believe. But you could try a HO

They're fine, so long as you stick to the 54W, which is the HO tube in 46 inches.

Thought I should ask as the discription of the tube says...
FOR USE WITH A T5 HO SPECIFIC ELECTRONIC BALLAST ONLY
But I have used a HO in a normal ballast before. Just checking
