Aquarium snails

I've got too many curly wirly snails (ramshorn?) in one of my tanks. Can they live in ponds or are they tropical? Also, do you think koi or goldfish would eat them?

Ramshorns can be kept in tropical set ups yes. They can also go in ponds. Yes goldfish do like to eat them too. And with gusto.
