Q's got fin rot

this morning i found his tail fin torn up and red. but the lfs here either don't sell or have been out of stock of bettamax for a long time now. i kept my eye out for the stuff ever since i bought my betta 2 weeks ago. if anything, i'll probably have to get it online (i'd just hate to wait for delivery).

i done an h2o change already but i have no meds. so will aquarium salt fix it? any other suggested meds for cure?

Very frequent water changes with a pinch of salt diluted in the clean water will indeed be beneficial to finrot

Yep, it really will help.

Blue has had it now for a month on and off, and salt is working better than meds.
